The Bands of CHS 1963-1965
The Cocoa High School marching bands consistently rated superior marks at
regional band contests and were of sufficient quality to warrant invitations to
attend the 1963 Orange Bowl Parade and the 1964 World's Fair in Queens, New
York. Actually Cocoa High School had two marching bands in 1964 and 1965 - the
Missileland Band and the Tiger Band.
